• Activities Administration: All activities of the different groups of employees to be controlled are defined in order to be used in the Standard Work Order Model. The group of Activities and the resources necessary to execute them are the constructive modules of a repetitive model of a work order; it can then be reutilized as appropriate.

• Work Order Model:The system allows for the generation of Work Orders Models utilized to load physical orders and carry out jobs. The work order model includes resources and activities, as well as the standard time for performing a specified job.

• Working Orders Administration: Once generated, the model orders can generate Work Orders that respond to production requests or to a project or to parts of it. This allows the follow-up of activities and related resources as well as supervising the actual state of those activities for the purpose investigate any deviation of the plan.

• Supervising and Monitoring Activities: The tracking and monitoring of activities and resources can be done individually (per each entity) or all together, visualizing and supervising each activity / resource involved in a specific job order. .

• Reports: The module has an extensive list of reports that provide all the information required for the proper monitoring of activities, resources and work orders and the determination of productivity and efficiency.
