Nevum has developed Nevim, our own methodology for successful implementation of the Human Time Solution for our clients. This is the result of years of accumulated experience among the Nevum professionals through their careers at other service and consulting companies. The compilation of this vast experience has been adapted to carry out easier, safer and more trustworthy implementations. Nevim consist of distinct phases with tasks, responsibilities, associated times and specific deliveries of projects. This assures the accuracy, consistency and total quality of the project during its implementation.The methodology is composed of four different phases to assure a successful implementation.

These phases are:

• Requirements Analysis  
  During this phase the objective is clear and total understanding of the customers´ current systems and processes with the goal of determining the milestones involved in the implementation, analyzing the existing hardware and software and the required updates and how the team will work during the implementation project.
  
  
  To achieve these objectives Nevum carries out various tasks, such as:
  
  o Meetings for project definitions.
  o Configuration studies.
  o Evaluation of current applications.
  o Functional training in Human Time and its implementation.
  o Determination on hardware and software requirements.

  During this phase deliveries are:
  
  o Final Project Planning.
  o Complementary studies for the client with the assistance of Nevum.
  o Description of the system with current procedures.
  o Final hardware and software requirements.
  o Phase Approval documentation.
  
  
  
• Configuration and Customization
  In this phase the objectives include the configuration of all the Human Time modules, develop the necessary interfaces and test the software configured.
  
  The main activities to complement are:
  
  o Configuration Server-Database.
  o Development and testing of the Interfaces.
  o Functional / Performing test according the documents accepted in the earlier phase.
  
  Deliveries at this stage are::
  
  o Documentation of the client customization needs.
  o Interfaces Documentation.
  o Functional test results of the chosen configuration.
  o Phase Approval documentation.
  
  
  
• Installation and Testing
  In this phase, the objectives are to install all software, components related both to Human Time as database products, and install all of the Hardware component and configure any required communications product.
  
  The tasks to execute are:
  
  o Installation of Software products.
  o Installation of Hardware products.
  o Installation and on-site testing of communications products.
  
  
  
• Training and Go Live
  Once the previous phases are completed, the last phase objectives are the training of designated users of the system and the final testing of all functions and operations need it to assure the successful launching and go live.
  
  The tasks to be completed are:
  
  o Training for the Operator and System Administrator.
  o Testing of integration interface.
  o Testing of the final user.
  o Simulations of functions and role-operations.
  
  The tasks, in this instance are:
  
  o Results of integration test examples.
  o Results and Compilations of users test.
  o Training certification.
  o Function and operation simulation results.
  o Phase Approval documentation.
