Tassaroli S.A. selected Human Time Access Control, Time & Attendance and Labor Productivity Tools

Tassaroli S.A. is a high technology engineering company founded in 1953 with a model production plant located in San Rafael, Mendoza (Argentina) and their own service offices based in Santiago (Chile), Neuquén and Comodoro Rivadavia - Chubut - (Argentina).

In its industrial plant in San Rafael the departments of Engineering Design and Production integrates the areas of machining, forging, heat treatment and boiler, offering products and services for industries as Oil, Mining and other specific industry fields.

The Human Time suite selected by Tassaroli includes Access Control, Time & Attendance, Accruals & Benefits and HT-Labor Productivity with Oracle-WIP

The solution allows Tassaroli to meet their requirements for secure access to their industrial plant for employees, contractors, providers and visitors, making also the effective administration of the time of their workforce and providing to their Human Resources area on-line accurate and valuable information.

Human Time export precise information -through a native integration- to the payroll system Condor Works from Open Solutions sa. The integration export latest changes and export worked hours by employee. Getting hiring, dismisses and any changes for employees and cost centers into the payroll system, producing in accordance the appropriate modifications in Human Time.

In addition to these modules, Tassaroli requested to the Nevum Consulting team the developing of an interface with their ERP - Oracle Business Suite in order to obtain a tool capable to supervise productivity, identifying the time spent by their labor force in each of the work orders flowing through their systems and productive processes.
An interface integrating Human Time with Oracle WIP was then developed allowing the extraction of specific data from work orders in progress, registered in recording devices to monitor the beginning and conclusion of employees related activities identifying by each production machine the labor time spend by working process/order.
